Your items will be delivered only after full payment have been received. Your orders will be sent via courrier or you can self collect at our office – Wisma PPMS, Mukah.
Custom orders which are made for individual basis will take longer to ship due to the nature of these products. Please take note on process days for the product you plan to order. We will notify you the estimated delivery date once we have received your payment.
On occasion, we may be temporarily out of certain items, and shipping may be delayed by a few days. If your order is needed by a certain date, please let us know.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the packaging and contents along with the location of the shipping address. Please check our delivery charges for each region.
Please be noted that all items from Empire Deco are not returnable. Of course, if we have made an error, we will refund or replace at our expense. Please open, record a video before open up the packaging, inspect, and count your order when the package is delivered. If there is an error, please notify us right away so it can be taken care of. Once orders for made-to-order products are placed and confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
